Cercle Brugge vs Club Brugge Betting Tips 10/02/2019

A derby is always special. That also applies to the derby of Bruges, where ‘the smaller Cercle’ has to take up the coming weekend against Club Brugge. Both teams have the well-known Jan Breydel Stadium as home port, although Cercle plays on paper at home. The Laurent Guyot team is thirteenth in the Jupiler Pro League and lost to Zulte Waregem on Saturday. That does not seem to be a good general with the city derby on the lookout.

Cercle Brugge vs Club Brugge

However, Club Brugge did not win either. Against AA Gent, it became 1-1. It is striking that both Club and Gent ended the game with ten players after Emmanuel Bonaventure and Anderson Esiti were sent off with a red card. Club Brugge is however in second place in the competition and can therefore focus on the Play-Offs. You would say that this game is a prey for Club Brugge, but in a derby between fellow countrymen the ball can get weird.

Who is going to play in the place of Esiti is not yet known. Cercle will want to win. For Club, that interest seems to be slightly smaller.
