Messi or Ronaldo? France Football has posted the top paid players in the world

France Football has published the list of the highest paid players and coaches in the world. The first place is Lionel Messi, the Barcelona player who gets 131 million euros in gross annually. In second place is his big rival, Cristiano Ronaldo, with 118 million euros gross. The podium is completed by Neymar, with 95 million euros gross.

Diego Simeone, the best paid coach in the world

The ones from France Football have also calculated how much the best football coaches receive. In the first place is Diego Simeone, with 40.5 million euros gross. Two are Antonio Conte (30 million euros gross) and third place Pep Guardiola (25 million euros gross). Simeone became the highest paid technician after signing a new contract with Atletico Madrid, valid until the summer of 2022.
